Using 3D technology and years of professional clinical experience, we are able to analyze a cyclist’s movement patterns on and off the bike to determine if the current bike fit is appropriate for his or her movement needs, contributing to pain on the bike, and/or affecting performance. I \\We then craft an individualized plan, specific to the cyclist to protect against future injury, resolve a current injury and/or enhance performance and efficiency.

Caitlin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, professional triathlete, and certified triathlon and run coach living in Boulder, Colorado.

She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2019. Her clinical experience includes working heavily with sports and orthopedic populations, as well as in pediatrics and acute care. She also worked as a research assistant in the Interdisciplinary Movement Science Lab during PT school. Caitlin has her Certification in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute and utilizes principles of 3D movement patterns to create individuated assessment, treatment, and training plans.

Caitlin has extensive performance and medical bike fitting experience working under Dr. Larry Meyer at BUILD Sports Performance Lab directly out of PT school. She also had the opportunity to travel to the UK for a few weeks to further craft her bike fitting education during the Torke Cycling Summer School under bike fit guru Tony Corke. She has performed hundreds of fits on every style of bicycle under the sun.
